Had a good experience with them I first bought the AIPM device but still had the flickering. I spoke with a rep they immediately diagnosed that the issue was the screen instead sent me a new screen which I received in 3 days installed the screen and everything works like new. I am still waiting for the price difference in the two products hopefully they don't forget about it.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!!! Black screen of death on my 2018 ford edge. I troubleshooted it and figured it was the apim module, ordered 1, LIGHTNING fast shipping, took about 45 minutes to install and already programmed and ready to go....fyi i was quoted shy of $1700 for a new stereo so decided to roll the dice and install the module....saved me alot of mo ey at the price of $329. Will use again if needed in the future.
